Good morning, Allendale County students, parents, and staff. Based on the weather update from the Allendale County Emergency Management Services, Allendale County School District will have an e-learning day tomorrow, January 12th, 2024. High winds and heavy rain are expected by 2PM tomorrow, and our priority is to keep all students, family, and staff safe. This means that all school buildings and district offices will be closed. Teachers will provide students with online assignments or packet material to be completed. All after-school programs and athletic events will be canceled for tomorrow, January 12th. We will observe Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday on Monday, January 15th. We will reopen our buildings on January 16, 2024. Continue to be safe and well. As a result, all school buildings and district offices will be closed. Students are expected to complete online assignments or instructional packets provided by the teacher. All after-school programs and athletic events will be canceled for today, January 8th, and tomorrow, January 9th. We will reopen our buildings on January 10th if the weather permits. As ACSD welcomes in the new year, we would like to introduce you to two of our new employees. Mar'Drek Dunson and Hiram EM Davis will be working at the middle and high schools as the new Art Teacher and Choral Director respectively. We are so excited to have them join our district and look forward to seeing how they inspire our students in the Creative Arts.

We are so thankful to the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority for donating 19 coats to students at Allendale-Fairfax Elementary!




The Lady Tigers took down the Ridgeland Jaguars on Friday. The final score was 51-41.
Algebra I Students who met attendance, preparation, and participation requirements celebrated with a party, doughnuts, and hot cocoa! This event was put together by the Algebra I Collaborative including Dr. Miller, Mrs. Patterson, and Mrs. Davis.
Catherine Russell and Patricia Hall of the Walterboro Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta donated books to Allendale-Fairfax Elementary.

The 2023 Angel Tree Program at Allendale-Fairfax Elementary was a success! We are so grateful to our local sponsors for blessing our students with gifts and making sure that each child has a happy holiday!





Today the Middle School held a party for students who showed improvement on their iReady Test Scores! The party had different games and stations like Dodgeball, UNO, Jenga, Basketball, and Connect 4 more!
Algebra I students enjoyed playing games with their mentors Dr. Cave, Dr. Miller, and Mrs. Patterson. This is part of the Algebra I Collaborative which is designed to help tutor and motivate students taking Algebra I.
Students who missed either their Algebra 1 or English 2 EOCEP, will be making up their exam today. This concludes our Fall EOCEP Testing for 2023.
