Registration Packets for ALL NEW students to Fairfax Elementary for the 2020-2021 Academic School Year can be picked up at Fairfax Elementary during the following hours:
Please call the school before coming to pick up packets.

- Each Packet has a check sheet that contains all the information needed to complete your child’s packet. Please return packets ONLY when you have ALL information completed on the check sheet!! Packets will be returned to you if incomplete. Please note that we have limited spaces for the 3K and 4K programs. There will be a lottery selection for available slots depending on the number of returned packets for each 3K and 4K program.
- If your child attended the OCAB 4K program, you will have to complete a 5K registration packet for your child to attend Fairfax Elementary for the upcoming school year.
- September 1, 2020 is the cutoff date for Birthdates:
Your child must be 3 by 9/1 to qualify for the 3K program
Your child must be 4 by 9/1 to qualify for the 4K program
Your child must be 5 by 9/1 to qualify for the 5K program
